Lyons Gate Pool Remodel
Pool remodeling, repair and tile work planned for Lyons Gate backyards.
Lyons Gate is a Gilbert community split by Higley Road near the Loop 202, with mostly two-story homes built between 2005 and 2015.
Lots in Lyons Gate tend to be on the smaller side, so backyard pools are often compact and close to walls and patios. Remodels here focus on getting more use from a small pool, with sun shelves, bubblers, better lighting and finishes that hold up.
The Town of Gilbert's pool barrier policy, which quotes its Land Development Code, calls for an enclosure not less than 5 feet nor more than 6 feet in height. Gates have to be self-closing and self-latching, and openings can't let a 4-inch sphere pass through. The Town says it's each pool owner's responsibility to provide and maintain a compliant pool fence, so we check yours while we're on site.
